For vapers who enjoy the freedom of choice, the iQ One is compatible with both freebase nicotine e-liquid and nic salts. Simply select the 0.6 ohm coil for freebase nicotine e-liquid and 0.8 ohm for nic salts. It’s recommended that you use 70%PG/30%VG or 50%PG/50%VG with this device.

Can the iQ be used with Vsavi pure VG e-liquid?

Unlike many devices, using the 0.8 Ohm coil option, the iQ One is suitable for Vsavi VG e liquid. 

How does the iQ One avoid dry hits?

The iQ is obviously intelligent! The iQ One includes a temperature protection circuit which gives dry burn protection. It also includes a number of other safety modes including Low Power Protection and short-circuit protection.

How do I vary the air-flow?

Each coil comes with an air flow control which is at the base, this can be turned clockwise or anti-clockwise 90 degrees to increase or decrease the resistance when inhaling.

How do I check the battery charge level on my iQ?

The side LED indicator is colour coded and shows: Red - less than 30% charged | Blue - 30 to 70% | Green is fully charged.

Does the iQ leak?

The iQ incorporates magnetic connection for tank and device so everything clicks in tightly, There is a tight fitting rubber bung which is used for easily re-filling the iQ and this must be properly secured after each refill. With any vape device there will always be a little condensation because of the vaporisation temperatures involved, simply use a tissue from time to time to clean the tank and tank bay.

Can I use the iQ when it is charging?

Yes you can. An important concern for vapers is what to do when the battery charge runs out. If the battery is low simply plug in the charge unit and continue vaping. This is known as "Pass through" vaping.
